My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was good and near everything, but the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired. The staff was helpful but there were issues with rudeness and blaming me for existing problems. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were lacking in some areas.

The rooms didn't meet my expectations - holes in walls and doors, a bathroom door that wouldn't close, and a strong cigarette smell with bugs around. It felt like waiting forever for a properly cleaned room due to ongoing maintenance from a water leak.

The staff's behavior was a mix of rude and helpful. My deposit was kept over a pre-existing smoke smell, almost like blaming me. I had to move to another place because of both the uncleanliness of the room and the staff's attitude.

I couldn't wait to leave this place. The dirty, ripped carpet, and the fact that they didn't change the sheets made me cringe. The smell was unbearable, and the water stains on the wall were just the cherry on top. Homeless people loitering outside the door added to the horror. Definitely not a place for anyone, especially not for families. I regret paying the same price as last time for this unacceptable experience.

The service was a mix. They were helpful when the rental car company messed up, but having staff chatting on the phone instead of helping was annoying. Being yelled at to leave, even when paid for longer stays, was unacceptable.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was not clean at all and even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking facility, it reeked of marijuana and cigarettes. The condition of the room was appalling with holes in the walls and doors, a bathroom door that wouldn't close, and bugs all around. The staff was incredibly rude, going as far as to yell at me to leave despite having paid online for a longer stay. I had to move to another place due to the unclean nature of the room and the staff's behavior.
